Had Laviolette ever really testified in a criminal court before, I am sure she would be known for that before Arias came along. She definitely didn’t know anything about the meaning of credibility and how badly you look if you dont have it, and no court would have been silent about her attittude if she behaved like she did at the Arias trial. That makes her slip about testifying in a prior criminal proceeding much bigger than a mere mistake. Her ego would have make sure any good review was carried around in her back pocket. Any bad one would have made her avoid court like the plague. She damn well knew she never did.
